How long does it take for me to set up the system?
The onboarding and training process will take 1.5 hours to get you all setup and running. The support does not end here, you will have a dedicated account manager to support your growth with vibefam, whom you can reach out to directly on Whatsapp in your local timezone.
Do I have to do the data migration myself?
The data migration process is simple. vibefam will support you by providing a migration template to populate your member data. Most of our clients take only 1 day to complete migration.
What is the difference between vibefam and Classpass?
vibefam is a one-stop business management software to scale your studio. Unlike Classpass, your members purchase memberships directly from you and we don’t take any commissions from bookings.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees other than the subscription plan that you have selected, and the transaction fees that go to our payment processor whenever a transaction is processed through vibefam.
What kind of customer support will I get?
When you join vibefam, you’re part of our family. You will have the direct contact of a dedicated account manager who will provide you with support, every step of the way.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
You can choose to go on the monthly subscription plan, where there will be no long-term contract. You can cancel your subscription anytime.
