📩 Reengagement Emails: Win Back Inactive Members Automatically
Our first feature this month is Reengagement Emails, a new addition to our Lead Management system!
This feature automatically sends personalised emails to members who haven’t visited your studio after a set number of days. You’re in full control, for example, you could set up a gentle nudge at 30 days, a follow-up at 45 days, and a final check-in at 60 days. This allows you to gradually re-engage members before they churn, giving them multiple chances to come back before slipping away for good.
Instead of letting clients quietly drop off the radar, reengagement emails give them a gentle nudge to come back. It’s a simple but powerful way to improve retention, reduce churn, and keep your community active, all without any manual work on your end.
👉 To activate it, head to Admin Portal > Leads > Automations > Reengagement Email and set up your preferred timing and message flow.

💳 Credit Card Expiry Notifications: Prevent Failed Payments Before They Happen
Next up, we’re introducing Credit Card Expiry Notifications, another handy addition to our Lead Management system.
This feature automatically alerts members when their saved credit card is about to expire, helping you catch payment issues before they happen. It’s a small detail that goes a long way in preventing failed recurring payments and ensuring smoother billing for members on auto-renewal packages.
Not only does it reduce revenue loss for your studio, it also creates a more seamless experience for your members by avoiding unexpected interruptions to their memberships.

👥 Staff Roles: More Control, More Flexibility for Growing Teams
Lastly, we’ve expanded our Staff Roles feature to give studios even more flexibility in managing their teams.
You can now create more than three custom staff roles and customise the role names to better reflect your team structure, like Front Desk, Trainer, or Manager. This gives studios greater flexibility when assigning responsibilities, especially as teams grow larger or become more specialised.
With more role options, studios can ensure each team member only sees what they need to, reducing confusion, improving data security, and making day-to-day operations more efficient. Whether you’re managing multiple locations or just building out a stronger team structure, this update helps you maintain clarity and control without compromising on flexibility.
