What is the PSG Grant?
The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) by Enterprise Singapore helps Singapore SMEs adopt pre-approved digital solutions by subsidising up to 50% of qualifying software costs.

Eligibility criteria (PSG – Singapore)
Your studio or gym must meet all of the following (based on Enterprise Singapore’s PSG requirements):
✔ Registered and operating in Singapore
✔ At least 30% local shareholding
✔ Company size:
Group annual sales ≤ S$100 million, or
Group employment size ≤ 200 employees
✔ Not already using the same category of solution (i.e. first-time adoption or significant upgrade)
✔ Willing to implement the solution after PSG approval (no back-dating)

What software features are covered under the PSG package?
Under the PSG-supported package, studios get access to Vibefam’s all-in-one studio management system (scheduling, memberships, payments, staff management, reporting), **plus WhatsApp automation powered by Exabloom. This includes a website WhatsApp chat widget, automated replies to enquiries, and WhatsApp broadcast campaigns.
How much subsidy can my studio receive?
Eligible businesses can receive up to 50% subsidy on qualifying software costs. The final subsidised amount depends on the approved scope, contract value, and Enterprise Singapore’s assessment.
Can I apply for PSG if I’m already using another system?
Possibly. You may still be eligible as long as you have not previously used the PSG Grant for another solution in the same category. Eligibility depends on your past PSG usage, and we can quickly confirm this for you during an eligibility call before proceeding.
How long does the PSG application process take?
Approval timelines vary, but typically take 3-5 business days after submission. The reimbursement process takes up to 14 business days after implementation.

Is this PSG offer only available to Singapore businesses?
Yes. The PSG Grant is only applicable to Singapore-registered businesses. Studios outside Singapore are not eligible for this subsidy.
