You do not need to be flexible or strong to start a class with us. The practice is not about contorting or pushing yourself into a posture you’re not ready for, but about cultivating awareness of the body, breath, prana, and mind, moving in union towards feeling good, leading a happier and healthier life, and being the best version of you, on and off the mat.
