you know the kind of zen like yoga instructor? Jacquelyn is definitely not like that, she helps and aid you, correcting your postures individually. She’s not your usual yoga instructor, more of not-so-very-strict-gym-like pushes you kinda yoga instructor. just as I needed. perfect! it’s my first yoga instructor and I’m liking my body changes better :)

I was having a hard time following the instructions since it is my first time trying this. Charmaine is very patient and doing her best to make sure that I can follow.

warm up and workout up is fine, not too relax and let sweat a bit..post overall is same..for those have some basic and don't want too relax can attend this instructor

Teacher Lilian patiently explains the movements and helps adjust the students’ postures. I feel very fulfilled after every class.

The instructor is patient and easy to follow, making it great for beginners.

Kennis is a very very very verrrryyyy good instructor
