We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of Family Accounts, a game-changing feature designed to support family-based workflows and academy-style businesses, such as swim schools, dance studios, and martial arts centers.

Unlike adult-driven bookings, many academies rely on parents to manage class schedules, memberships, and payments for their children. This new feature bridges that gap and brings convenience to families who train together or manage multiple bookings under one roof.

- 👨👩👧👦 Create Child Accounts: Parents can now register vibefam accounts for their children under one central profile.
- 📅 Book on Behalf of Children: With just a few clicks, parents can easily schedule classes for their kids and themselves at the same studio.
- 🎟️Buy & Assign Packages: Parents can purchase packages or memberships for the family and assign them individually to their children.
- 💳 Simplify Payments: With recurring billing supported, parents can set up ongoing payments and manage all their children’s memberships in one place.
- 🔓 Flexible Account Management: As kids grow older, it’s simple to unlink a child’s account, allowing them to manage their own profile independently later on.
This feature marks a major step in vibefam’s journey toward supporting more flexible and family-oriented bookings. By enabling parents to manage their children’s memberships, class schedules, and payments all in one place, we’re making the platform more accessible, intuitive, and versatile for a wider range of customers.

📊 AI Dashboard Upgrade: Track Your Customer Retention
As AI technology continues to evolve, so does our AI Dashboard, and we’re proud to introduce a powerful new addition: the Customer Retention Report.

This new tab on your dashboard gives you a bird’s-eye view of how well your studio retains customers over time. You’ll be able to:
- 📍Track how many customers are first-timers within a custom date range.
- 🚪See which customers did not return after their first visit.
- 🔁View how many repeat customers you’ve retained across specific periods.
- 📆Identify which customers were already attending before the chosen timeframe and continue with you afterward.
These insights are presented in both summary metrics and detailed customer-level reports, allowing you to take immediate, data-informed action.
Whether you’re looking to reduce churn or increase loyalty, this report gives you the insights you need to make smarter, data-driven decisions and grow your studio with confidence.
🔄Seamless 1Fit Integration for Fitness Studios
We’re excited to roll out a new feature designed to make onboarding even easier for studios already using 1Fit. For those unfamiliar, 1Fit is a fitness discovery and access platform (similar to ClassPass) that allows users to find and attend fitness studios near where they live or work. Primarily based in Malaysia, many studios use 1Fit to boost their visibility and attract new customers.
With our new two-way sync integration, clients using both vibefam and 1Fit can now seamlessly sync bookings and schedules across both platforms. This means no more overbookings, fewer manual updates, and a smoother operational flow for your team. If you’re transitioning to vibefam or juggling both platforms, this integration ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
To enable the 1Fit integration, just head to Admin Portal > Configure > 1Fit Integration. Follow the on-screen instructions, and you’re all set!
