a stone's throw away from raffles place mrt, aether is convient to access for the cbd folks and Central to most places, the coaches prioritise your condition first, focuses on form and technique before pushing you to be the best you can! a very encouraging environment and great community with all the other members helping out and encouraging each other :) have never enjoyed working out as much as i did here at aether!

great studio, great trainers, great community! not the type of gym who will only constantly push u for the sake of pushing u. they take into consideration ur condition first. as someone who had prior injuries, hey do come up with alternative workouts which is less burdensome on ur injury but also able for u to work on the targetted muscle group.

The classes are well-structured and the coaches are one of the best. Their explanation is clear and they correct forms while making it fun. This is a great place to train at especially for anyone who is looking to start strength training. The members are friendly and welcoming too.

somehow, the gym has a warm and friendly culture truly welcoming of all fitness levels, that I rarely experience esp having gym hopped multiple times. gurlies u r safe from toxic competitive gym bros here!!!! the trainers r v nice and friendly also :)

Trainers will ensure that we're using the right form. They are encouraging and let us workout at our own pace while pushing us within reasonable limits. I think it's great for a class of varying fitness levels. First time here and I enjoyed it!

The class is like a rollercoaster ride through the land of muscle soreness, and I am here for every glorious moment of it! The warm-up consists of an enthusiastic series of squats that make you question your life choices, and by the time we hit the real workout, I was pretty sure my legs were plotting an escape. Every exercise is a delightful mix of joy and suffering. Itβs good for those people like me who like to go on hard mode.
