Always enjoys my private classess with Angie!! She is very friendly and easy going too! She is really attentive and knows how to adjust to her clients accordingly which I appreciate a lot!

this is my 2nd tower class ever and Angie is really good at giving cues and instructions. I like that she takes the time to do adjustments and ensure we are doing the movement correctly.

I always look forward for her classes and it as challenging as always. She is makes sure that I have the right form and encourages the class. Attending her classes is a joy to me 💕

I feel that I am always learning something new in Leo's class! Figuring out new movement to challenge my body (didn't know I could cramp up in certain muscle group :D)

Really appreciate the emphasis that Cadence puts on our form and her ability to provide differentiated levels of difficulty across the different exercises :>

It was my first chair class and she is very diligent in helping me check my forms and I am very thankful for that.

The exercises were tough for but my form was consistently checked. I had an enjoyable experience. Will recommend.
