At Bliss Shala, we offer a safe and compassionate space to support your healing and growth. I chose to keep this space small. So that each person who walks in is not just guided, but truly met. We trust in the wisdom of your lived experience โ your emotions, feelings and sensations and honour whatever is present for you right now. Through trauma sensitive yoga practices, you are invited to connect with your body and mind in the present moment at your own pace. The focus is not on changing yourself, but on cultivating awareness, choice and a deeper sense of self acceptance. You may leave a session feeling different. Not because the world has not changed but something within you may have shifted.
