I love Emily’s class! So far, it’s been the most challenging one I’ve attended, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Just one small piece of feedback: when using the ball as the point of full body weight (for example, with the ball placed under the knee), it might be worth considering participants who are wearing shorts. The skin-to-ball contact can be quite slippery, which makes that movement difficult or almost impossible to perform safely.

After the 8:30 AM hot mat Pilates class, I wanted to shower on the 3rd floor, but the water wasn’t working huhuu. The shower facilities are actually well-equipped. Overall, it’s a great place, especially for the Sunter area.

just a small suggestion, I think it would be nice if the studio switched to full cast iron dumbbells. the handles feel way better than the plastic ones and they’re much less slippery, especially when your hands get sweaty. I feel like they’d make the workouts even better! also it would be awesome if you could provide cast iron kettlebells too! I think they’d be a great addition, especially for strength and hybrid training workouts. but overall I’ve really been enjoying the classes!🙌
