Loved Yan Wen and Jillianβs energy! The studio is new, so everything feels fresh and very clean. The heating panels are infrared panels so it heats evenly and I left every class feeling refreshed. The bala equipment used in the studio are super high quality, and it really shows how much care was put into setting up the studio. Will be back!

Did a 7.30 class with Instructor Ginger, hips and glutes were set on Fire !! π₯π₯ Such an Engaging class with vibey music to hype the atmosphere. felt very looked after in my form and posture, felt great and very relax and mobile after class. Overall a very great sweat sess, hahaha never knew Iβll sweat so much in pilates π€£π€£

my first infrared sculpt class, iβve never sweat so much in my life!! Jillian was super sweet, and her instructions were very clear as well. I felt lots of muscle activated in my body, I would definitely go back to attend Jillianβs classes again!
