AJ is an amazing instructor — she’s very attentive and purposeful in the way she teaches her class. She ensures that everyone knows what to do no matter their proficiency levels. She also plans her sessions according to what we need and it makes us feel so warmly considered. AJ’s friendliness and openness makes her classes so cosy and inviting too — so comforting for new friends and old. I always enjoy her sessions and leave feeling well stretched/ worked in the best way! :-)

Awesome AJ! The beautiful instructor gives clear instructions and engages participants in the most polite and inclusive manner. It was my first time attending a Reformer class and I love it! I feel so refreshed and body feels relaxed after the stretch class. The best part was my big toe hurt and kneecaps hurt a lot lesser after just one session. I’m sold. Thank you AJ for leading us towards wellness.

2nd session and I brought along two participants. My husband and a friend. We enjoyed it and felt that Ms AJ was a very good instructor. Definitely want to continue with the classes. Thank you for such a wonderful introduction to wellness and quality living.

The space was big and clean. All the instructors (tried 3 different classes) were all great: clear and gentle instructions with just enough push for all of us. A great workout for a beginner like me.

this was my second class with angelia, her instructions are clear, pace is good, and I really enjoyed the stretches!! The studio is spacious, beautiful with high ceilings and lots of natural light😄

We always love the classes by AJ! Friendly, clear and enough push from her. The results are greater control of our core and form!

New to pilates and enjoyed it - trainer and environment was great!
