Flyproject envisions a new generation of fitness, led by a passionate breed of fitness professionals creating fun group workout projects to challenge, encourage and guide you to a better version of yourself. Here, the Fly team believes that the only way to bridge the gap between where we are and where we want to be is through action. Using our state of the art Reformer machines, this low impact workout will improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and overall fitness. Open to all, with no previous pilates experience required, our trainers will guide you through a fun filled 50 minute session. Expect dynamic movements, isolated muscle holds and moves to the beat of the music
