It was the perfect combination for me today, taking this class right after my therapy session. As I’m currently dealing with pain in different parts of my body, the experience really helped me soften, gently improve my range of movement, and ease into poses that initially felt quite sore. Over time, I felt a sense of release and healing as I held them. It turned out to be a deeply impactful class for me—both physically and emotionally. Thank you, Mary.

It’s an awesome class, she is really making sure we are doing the correct posture. Able to stop, teach step by step when we did wrongly.
