Training with Nora over the past three months has been an amazing experience. I’ve lost 12 kgs, gained strength, improved my posture, and feel so much more confident in my body. I met Nora 10months thanks to neighbours recommendation while I was looking for regular training to reinforce posture, gain flexibility and lose weight. we never stop since then , 2 one-on-one sessions per week. After one month, I started observing improvement in posture , flexibility and strength. Nora is providing customised programme and advices based on your goals and body conditions. She illustrates the exercises with anatomical information that allows you to reproduce the movements without injury and in an effective manner. As a professional and a mother of two, I lead a busy life, but I've always enjoyed various forms of exercise for my health.
