Have been attending Suzan’s class for about a year now, especially after my postpartum recovery focusing on strengthening my lower back. My back and waist pain have improved a lot. She’s very experienced and patient, and explains things really clearly. I like that she encourages us to think and feel the practice, not just follow along. Iyengar Yoga isn’t a mindless workout—it really helps you slow down and connect with your body. Would recommend 👍
