Jed was a really great and patient coach. I think my rating was due to the space of the class, was kinda small with a lot of students. but overall great class and workout

Great gym to conduct PTs at! Nice mats, beautiful showers and fully equipped racks and heavy bags available. Only a short walk from the MRT too

Garie is very encouraging towards newbies like me! He patiently explains multiple times with clear demonstrations

Very knowledgeable and corrected alot of small details most gym missed out to emphasise on
