alhamdulillah stlah beberapa bulan mengikuti latihan pilates dan yoga kondisi nyeri tulang belakang saya saat ini jauh lebih baik, dan tentunya saya merasa jauh lebih sehat. trimakasoh

So Nice....badan saya yang semua sakit2 karena lama tidak latihan pilates, skg jadi hilang sakit2 karena perlu juga kita peregangan, tidur lebih nyenyak . pokoknya mantaff
