Group Weights + Low Lights + Loud Bass: RE30 is a fully-immersive group training experience like no other. We offer dual track focus for your specific training needs; Strength & Conditioning respectively. Train at RE30 and expect to get stronger, improve your anaerobic conditioning, and increase your aerobic capacity with their full arsenal of barbells, free weights, cardio equipment, and gym machines. Coaches Kavinn and Terence conducted the class with a seamless flow, giving clear instructions so that even a newbie to group classes (like me) wouldn’t be too clueless. Coach Kavinn gave the perfect cues and corrections required, as well as encouragements to push us further, all while ensuring safety at all times. Everything from the training programme, to the energy of the environment, as well as the community that was present felt comfortable and aligned.

Full conditioning class using machines (ski ergs, assault bikes etc) kettlebells and weights. Instructors Terence and Jun Wei were very encouraging and will go around guiding us to do the workout with good forms. There are a lot of reps but as long as you pace yourself, you'll finish the session with a lot of sweat and a sense of accomplishment.

Trainers will demo the move and how to use the machine before getting u to do it! They will also guide you along on what are the common mistakes to avoid so you don’t injure yourself while working out! Dark theme and music 💯

Always a positive and fun workout experience with coaches Diveysh and Tania. They are so encouraging and always emphasize good forms and will move around to ensure that we're doing the reps correctly and effectively.

Awesome to the max! Xin and Kavinn are always so awesome and give a lot of good tips on maintaining good form during the workout. Please come to Thurs classes! Conditioning classes are SUPER FUN!!!

A lot of awesome tips and encouragement by instructors Diveysh and Tanya for our 8RM strict presses (testing week). Second half of the class was a satisfying & sweat-inducing conditioning workout!
