I have always enjoyed Rachel's well-paced lesson where she prrpares the body and explains the movements, building one to the next. She also counts mindfully for the class which is a good guide for the movement rather than leaving it to the students who might rush through the movement or feeling exhausted having done too many. She's also very encouraging to both the beginners and others she thinks she can push more. Thanks Rachel!

Teacher K is a very professional and attentive instructor. She explains each movement and posture clearly, which is extremely important for proper Pilates practice, and always ensures that participants are performing the exercises safely and correctly. She is also caring and encouraging, creating a comfortable and supportive learning environment.

Rachel was an amazing Pilates instructor! I really enjoyed her class, especially the focus on quads and arm workouts. The exercises were challenging but so effective, and she explained everything clearly while keeping us motivated throughout. I left the class feeling stronger and had such a great workout. Was told by a the girl that occupied my position ( second row facing the mirror) which I had booked was invalid since she came in earlier n cleaned that particular reformer. So kindly confirm this understanding and then why create that page for us to tick the available slot in the first place? Tks

Attended my first class. Just the right amount of intensity. Trainer was very patient, encouraging and gave close guidance for me as a beginner. She also gave different options for different fitness levels. Good workout that targeted different parts of the body. Thank you Jex!

I like Rachel's classes as whenever after i attend her classes I would feel stronger always without fail. Im always amazed by the exercises she choose - easy to do but requires a lot of activation of the muscles. Rachel is also very patient and she would pay attention if she knows that you have a medical condition. I have some issues with my knees so she would check in on me often during class and give me modifications if my knees hurt which Im very grateful for :)
