Rachel is an excellent teacher, very thorough, engaging, and clearly knowledgeable in her craft. Her classes are challenging but always well thought out, with a strong focus on proper form and effective movement rather than flashy exercises. I also really enjoyed the reformer Pilates tower exercises with her. It was my first time and quite hard, but she took the time to explain the mechanics, body connection, and each movement so clearly, which made me feel much more confident.

Rachel never fails to stretch and challenge us to our fullest potential! Always very sore yet happy after class. When it gets beyond my ability, I will listen to my body cues as she will always remind us. Though more often than not, she will keep encourage us to do just one more!

Rachel is my favourite instructor. She is multi talented and creative. Her instructions are clear and concise and each class is structured with the movement sequences flowing nicely. Under her guidance, I finally manage to roll up without neckache. Highly recommended.

Teacher Arya is patient, knowledgeable, and very clear in his instructions. He helped me recover from my arm and spinal injuries safely and taught me how to move correctly to prevent further injury. Highly recommended.
