Space cuboid is a good place to kickstart your exercise regimen and the workout wonβt killed you at the first class. I must say I really enjoyed the classes and ContemptFIT was a really interesting combi. You get to workout and learn/try out the basic of floorwork moves. Donβt worry if you do not have any dance background, the coaches and community were very encouraging and good vibes at the studio! I also enjoyed their animal flow class. I noticed better mobility, strength and body control after attending a few sessions. A great change out of your workout routine for anyone looking to spice up their training and learn about how to control your movements using your own body weight.

my first trial class left me w body aches for 3 days stretching all my un used muscles n bones. On the 4th day-my first class, the aches were gone n my body felt lighter n moved easily enough to complete my first class w ContempFit. Instructors were always patient n encouraging. The atmosphere at the gym was friendly. I joined the class with the primary goal to lose some excess kg. May not hv lost any weight yet but importantly is my ease of movement everyday is much lighter n painless. Looking forward to my next 28 days to achieve my goal.

I recently joined an Animal Flow session with Aiden, and it was a really good experience. As beginners, many of us are new to this type of movement, and itβs not easy to remember all the steps at once. What stood out to me was how patient Aiden is. He teaches at a comfortable pace and makes sure everyone can follow along, without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Todayβs workout was tough but effective. Kirill explained clearly which muscle groups each exercise was targeting, helping us stay focused and intentional throughout. I appreciate how he structured the workout, building gradually fr simpler movements to more challenging ones, so everyone could keep up while still feeling pushed. His jovial personality n patience really stood out, recognising everyone responds differently to the intensity and made an effort to lighten the mood. Thank you.

Todayβs mobility lab session was truly outstanding. I was genuinely impressed by Kirillβs graceful turns and pirouettesβhe made them look effortless and elegant, which was inspiring to watch. Even though I could only manage about half of the movements today, his energy and skill really motivated me to push myself further than I thought I could. I left the session feeling both challenged and encouraged. Thank you for such a fantastic classβIβm already looking forward to the next one.

I was intrigued about Animal Flow and the offerings at Space Cuboid. when I met Aiden in 2024, I knew he was hugely passionate about his mission and highly personalized. I am on my third package now! the initial sessions were very challenging for someone of my age and injuries - Aiden and the entire class was very supportive and would encourage and highlight small improvements from session to session. unlike several fitness studios where one can feel alone, itβs such a like minded and happy community of supporters here. Aiden is a very dedicated and passionate coach . he demonstrates the moves with emphasis on technique and form and of course grace and elegance. one will be inspired to try . the sessions are truly a great workout . stretch classes are such a reward after say a HIIT session . again , Aiden and his instructors are so deft at high energy , fast , elegant moves as they are with much needed super stretch sessions with yoga wheels and bands and blocks. truly a wide range of high quality sessions - do try this out and feel stronger without feeling intimidated
