Our sessions are designed to be beginner-friendly, structured, and effective, combining boxing fundamentals with strength and conditioning in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time, getting back into a routine, or training with purpose, our coaches guide you every step of the way. More than just workouts, Sweat Science is a community. We focus on good technique, sustainable progress, and consistency, helping adults and kids develop strength, discipline, and confidence both inside and outside the studio. Train smart. As always, I can feel myself growing as a boxer and a person in Danish's classes. He is very warm and encouraging especially when you're new and afraid of making mistakes. His patience and ability to coach will develop your passion and appreciation for boxing even though you never thought you had one. Big ups to Coach Danish!
