I love Zhanna’s teaching and dance style!! her firm guidance, always encouraging and pushing you to do their best wether it’s pole sport/tricks or exotic arts & dancing !! Katie is also super amazing, she’s very precise and technical and teaches you all the fundamentals to get started in her newbie intro & gives you instant abs in her invert class! she’s super kind and lovely!! I like Carlos too, he makes lessons fun for adults & children in acrobatics foundation!

Our instructor was very patient with us, beginners. He gives very clear instructions and pays attention to any misalignment, so we learn the right movement from the start. Great experience.

Perfect brain break to reconnect and rebalance the mind, body, and soul while opening space to flow freely, vibe deeply, and create with ease. Loved it!

New to the class, still doing stretching. The teacher was a bit too talkative but did train me some practical skills on improving flexibility.
