Full body workout using a variety of weights. Very challenging but we could always opt for regression to recover in between sets. This workout makes me feel energized and stronger by the end of the session.

I elaborate on what i mean earlier. I noticed that when the timer started, a number of us did the wrong exercise. Understand the exercise time is short but think will help when coach do 1-2 repetition when the timer start so blur people like me will catch it and do the right exercise esp when there is a switch in different exercise. Just a suggestion, coach. U decide what's best for us. thanks again! 🙏
