Carrie has become an awesome barre instructor with a background of many years of practicing yoga! Her classes will leave your muscles shaking! she targets every part of the body in her class and find muscle to engage that I didn’t even know I had. Her classes are challenging and rewarding! So beneficial for increasing strength and having better balance. The music and lighting are fun! Carrie and the entire Xhale team are welcoming and supportive as soon as you walk in the door!

Morgan’s classes always have the best flow & the best vibes. She is so welcoming & encouraging to all. I love how she’s involved with us and helps correct form, pushes us to go harder, and provides modifications. There is no place quite like xhale! (Oh, did I mention you will SWEAT?!)

Today’s class was amazing. I like the constant flow and different techniques used. Truly felt exhausted leaving but in the best way. Carrie is a challenging, demanding teacher that will most definitely have you reaching the next fitness level.

Best class! Just wish I had more core strength !! It was great being able to do all 3 styles of class at once!!! My fav is still Barre but I may have to start adding Pilates and Sculpt in after this class!!!

This was my very first hot class and my very first barre class.it was fun and intense! I was very nervous at first but instantly calmed down when Carrie started class. I can’t wait to come back!

I can’t say enough great things about hot barr! The instructor is absolutely incredible, motivating, encouraging, kind, and has an amazing personality that makes every class enjoyable. Her workouts are no joke! they are KILLER. You will have shaking, sore muscles, but you walk out feeling stronger, accomplished, and completely empowered. The environment is stand alone. welcoming, supportive, energizing. it easily adapted into becoming a high priority to my physical & mental wellbeing
