Sensei Nicole prepares a good sequence of poses with smooth transitions. Her instructions are delivered in a clear and calm manner. I enjoy her class because even if it’s a beginners’ class, it is challenging enough. Just a suggestion for improvement, perhaps she could give further instructions or reminders on little adjustments (like ‘square your hips’ or ‘unlock your knees’) so that students learn how to get the correct posture.

This was excellent. It is hard to believe that sound has so much effect on the body. We partnered up and also could try out bowl vibrations on each other which was great. Thank you Anna for organising and Aneel for running this class.

Ms Phuong comes prepared to class, tries to teach a variety of poses, very hard working and tries to help every student. She could improve on her teaching strategy. She keeps repeating the same instruction when the student cannot get into the correct posture, which is ineffective. In my experience with other teachers, they have several approaches to achieve the correct posture. She should also be careful in making the adjustments on the students as if too forced, it can lead to injuries
