The acrobatics, dynamic stretching, gymnastics rings strength classes are the highlight of my week, every week. Coach Thais is fantastic, as are his substitutes. The aerial yoga coaches amaze me with their skills too,, and are great at teaching it. The studio has a very good, positive culture.

Natalie always does incredible warm ups that suit the flow so well. I notice such an improvement in myself in the details of my poses after stretching so well. She explains things so clearly and adapts for all body capabilities.

Love her drills - very tiring but effective. Anna takes care of her students very well, and will even tailor different drills for you based on your level. Highly recommend!

Excellent class! We focussed on strengthening legs, active splits and joint mobility today. Very effective in helping me increase flexibility and strengthen muscles.
