The new setup makes it a bit difficult to see the moves but overall enjoyed the class albeit a bit hot

I really enjoyed the class. Firstly, I appreciate having no music in the class, focusing solely on the trainer's instructions. L2 was a bit challeging and you could feel all of the muscles working. Doing Tree was a bit tricky but Syida helps to correct our form and to trust the strap. My back felt good afterwards. Overall, it's 10/10. Will definitely come back for more!
