As a beginner to Body Combat, I found the class to be a mix of excitement and challenge. It was high-energy, with a lot of fast-paced movements, punches, and kicks set to upbeat music. Although the intensity was a bit overwhelming at first, the instructor made sure to demonstrate modifications, which helped me keep up without pushing myself too hard.

The body combat was an intense and super fun workout! As a beginner, I loved how the instructor demonstrated all the moves and offered easier options. The mix of punches, kicks, and upbeat music kept me energized and made the time fly by. Itβs definitely a full-body workout, but I felt stronger and really accomplished at the end.
