Learning from Aika! we have the best time ever & this time added the component of music & dance fundamentals & theory. sometimes it pays to get back to the basics and understand the principles of dance to grasp the nuances and achieve the seamless delivery we all strive for! Aika is a stand out instructor and is always patient and supportive with great chores & amiable character. truly one of a kind and Kudos to the entire team behind this magical force field of a space! pole forever!! 🫶🏽

PDM privates are the best! they really tailor each lesson specifically to what you’re looking to achieve. can’t recommend it enough. if you really want to push and get to the next level and goal and perfect your technique and skills then privates is the best way to go! love Sea as a teacher. she is so knowledgeable and very detailed and helps you understand what you need to train and condition to execute a move or trick! Will be back for more!

Had the absolute best time here! 💖 The studio is welcoming, supportive, and full of amazing energy. I joined a heels class with Jessika and loved every second of it. The choreography was gorgeous, fun, and empowering, and Jessika is an incredible instructor who makes everyone feel comfortable and confident. Whether you're looking to learn pole, dance, or heels, I highly recommend this studio. Can't wait to come back for more classes!

practice Lab is a great idea! prescriptive learning and bespoke practice sessions that is very informative and safe. this is my first time doing practice lab and writing a review here. I would love to see practice lab come back next term and be a permanent feature in PDM! Jac is a great teacher and makes every lesson fun!

we are so lucky to still have sea teaching us newbies!! she’s an incredibly talented pole dancer and amazing pole instructor. her moves and meticulous attention to all details and conditioning to get us prepped for the tricks and dance is next level. Will never stop taking classes from her ❤️

Such a fun practice lab with Jac! Not only did I get to learn the floor tricks I had in mind but Jac taught us a mini choreo with transitions, active spotting and styling. Such a generous and attentive teacher. Super super fun!

Such an amazing and challenging class taught by Lena. I loved how she simplified harder moves and also encouraged everyone to try and explore their own handstands at the end of the class.

Another fun class with a more detailed focus on techniques and styling and intentional expressions. Teacher Jac teaches so generously from her heart and soul. So much to learn from her!

Jac is an amazing instructor! She gave us the best elastic band conditioning warm up ever, which helped activate out lats. Class was full of tips and detailed techniques. Thanks Jac!
