I love how the PTs really emphasize proper form before progressing to heavier weights. It shows they genuinely care about helping you build a strong foundation and avoid injuries. They always make sure your technique is right first, because that’s what truly matters in the long run.

First time at the gym and it was a great experience! Coach Alex was very motivating, friendly, and helpful throughout the session. He taught me the proper techniques and made me feel comfortable as a beginner. I learned a lot and really enjoyed the experience.

overall i like all activities conducted by coach. just enjoy all activities with participant. but 1st day still try to build fitness. thanks coach and fitpro

training session is very professional and at the same time feeling impressed of the trainers who are dedicated and passionate on what they are doing.

It was a great session—being the only one there felt like first-day luck. I got to learn more about my body, and I truly enjoyed the experience.

I really like the environment! but i wish theres more gym equipment involved rather than just dumbbell, and the song could be more vibessss
