My week is incomplete if I am not here at least twice, for pilates sessions. Why? Because the instructors are very professional and skillful. Not just ordinary instructors, they are actually qualified physiotherapists. Hence having depth knowledge on body anatomy as well as understanding the strength and weakness of clients, one feels just right, after each session. Why? Because the studio is environmentally conducive; bright, fresh and calm in the inside as well as adjacent to a cafe and grocery store. Why? Because it also offer options of physiotherapy, yoga, TRX, massage, occasional pop-up treatments, for complete health and wellness. Thank you guys!
