Great WOD today! Monster coach Josten not around and class replaced by young and pretty Coach Annie, she all the time will remind us the time remaining and which station need to do. This round the time is short than last week, even I'm not able to complete the last station within 40 min but it's fine and I'm really enjoyed the class with a bunch of nice grit members and challenge myself for the next class 😁💪

Today tried to do hustle because the wod have my favourite rope climb 😁. Train tough and sweat, so fun. Impressed myself today able to carry 110 lbs of front squad too 👏. Very enjoyable class with handsome coach Josten, must support if he teach again next time 😘 but have to be obedient his rules ya, if not will have punishment of Burpee 🤭🤣

You will definitely love this monster coach class…if you want to build your stamina and endurance, pls come and join his classes. He will keep on monitoring our progress of the whole workout. I was caught chatting and he came and push us…hahaha but it was really nice to have such a driven coach. Tq coach Josten.

Today is test Redline routine.. Do all station with partner.. Josten always keep on pushing all member to the max.. But my shoulder still not recovered from pain, so it's very hard to do sled push/pull.. But it's very fun class with our devil handsome coach Josten.. You will never regret to attend his class..

Loving Greg’s class. He is a very caring coach to access my condition when he knows I need to get back on track . Giving me 2nd option to continue working out without compromising my fitness level. My first comeback after hiatus a while, am so happy to burn nearly 500 cals with safe progression. And by end of the class, giving a fist bump to encourage everyone that “Good job” is always a warm gestures from a coach. Keep up the good work, Greg!!!
