Hush Space

An intimate Mat Pilates space in Weld Quay, Penang. A place to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with yourself. We keep our classes small because we believe movement deserves attention, and everyone deserves to feel seen. Come as you are. Move at your own pace. Leave with a little more space within. 🤎 Find your hush moment. 🌿
