My favourite class of the week. Maz is a friendly and knowledgeable instructor, is very clear and concise with her instructions and is constantly moving around and helping each person with technique. She works within individual limitations, whilst adding complex layers into her class which makes it fun and challenging. The stretches and core exercises are great and gets me ready to smash out another week!
