always looking forward to this 8am class by Josephine! This class is a mood lifter and keeps me so energized for the whole day! Josephine is such a wonderful instructor, she makes even the hardest move bearable by giving great techniques!

Had an amazing Intermediate Reformer session with Jennifer yesterday! Her intermediate routines never fail to keep me on my toes. If you want a real challenge on the Reformer, she’s the one to go to! 🔥💪🏻
