Iβve been going to Hazelβs Pilates classes quite consistently for the past three months (reformer, jumpboard, and hot mat), and Iβve really come to enjoy them. Hazel is genuinely helpful and attentive, she remembers you, checks your form, and gives thoughtful adjustments when needed. The classes are challenging but super enjoyable, and I like that she creates a comfortable, encouraging space that makes it easy to keep showing up. I always leave feeling better (yet soreπ ) and would definitely recommend her classes.

Teacher Ameeshaβs class is between beginner and intermediate, with a non-stop flow that makes me sweat a lot. She has corrected my yoga pose that helped me to feel my body at maximum level of stretching. Thank you teacher Ameesha

This is my second mat pilates class with Hazel I've taken, and my second introduction to pilates in general π«Ά there's nothing beginner about it if I can be honest haha but I am actually happy that it's not too tame and easy. No one else was in the class because of the holiday so I got a special private session. Hazel is AN AMAZING INSTRUCTOR, she always checked in with me, fixing my posture, and ensuring that I get a big sweaty workout. she really incorporated a full body exercise and definitely burned my core and thighs. it's hard to get this even at the gym. thanks Hazel!
