Newly minted gym at the West. Gym and classes are designed to mimic Thai training camps. No aircon, you sweat like crazy, and get pushed to do better. Kru Max is the best to train with. He’s attentive and has great work ethics. He will observe you, teach and correct your moves, slowly building you up. He will also push you harder when he knows you can do better. An awesome place to build your Muay Thai skills without having to fly to Phuket!

I am 4 months post partum, have been trying to lose weight through diet and exercise for the last two months but the scales does not seem to move. I joined MMT and the training helped me lose 1.5kg in 2 weeks! the community there is also super encouraging, they will come encourage you when you're super tired so you have the motivation to continue!
