class was very effectively sweaty, but the music is too loud, so cant really hear what to instructer is rlly saying (esp when ure in the back and laying down where u cant rlly see what the instructor is doing). so can maybe tone down the music hehe

ci Kesia is incredibly warm and attentive, always making sure our form is correct throughout the class. She’s also very informative and explains everything clearly, which made the session enjoyable and comfortable

Coach Tiffany was incredibly attentive to each of our forms throughout the class, always making sure we were doing the movements correctly. Just a small correction from her, you can feel the burn a lot more😆

The session was challenging as i am quite new to pilates, but coach Regina was very helpful and also hands on fixing the postures of each students. I really enjoyed it! Thank you, coach!

Just like the name of the class, “Stretch & Melt,” my whole body felt stretched from head to toe, even areas I didn’t realize needed it. Such a relaxing and refreshing class.
