First time here and second session on the classical method. Ginny’s guidance was top notch and she’s filled with patience. Truly quite different from contemporary style Pilates, and will need some getting use to. it’s a hidden gem in Mont Kiara, but not hard to find, the studio is clean and well maintained. Excellent range of equipment

Jessie’s trio class is the perfect mix of challenge and support. She guides me patiently, helping me improve each session. I always leave feeling stronger, more flexible, and incredibly less sore after a tough week in the office!
