I went for the Calisthenics Class at Tiong Bahru on Thursday with 4 of my friends for the last minute deal. I am really surprised that the instructor Sebestian remembers the 5 of our names even though it was our first time there which I feel is really good because this is really a lot of dedication, especially when the class size is so big (14 people) The class is very beginner friendly. Even though the moves were advanced, we can help each other or there is a simplified move. Angela, another instructor was doing it with me and my friends and helping us with the warm ups. The amount of support and guidance from the coaches are overwhelming and I would definitely recommend going for the lesson.
