Jordion is wonderful. He is patient, friendly and knows his stuff, and he makes lifting weights and resistance training super enjoyable.

Loved the mat pilates class by instructor Celeste. Had a really good burn despite using light weights.

Melissa’s class was so challenging in a good way. The way she layers her exercises really helped me to build my way up to a perfect teaser which I’ve never been able to achieve. She has showcased her understanding of classical Pilates and anatomy in such an effective way. Left the class feeling shaken and wobbly but extremely refreshed. If you haven’t attended Melissa’s classes, you really need to because you’ll leave with a fresh perspective of Pilates - one that will make you keep coming back
