Shiuan is a wonderful instructor who really pays attention to each student’s posture and movement. She always calls us by name and gives individual corrections during class, which I truly appreciate because it helps me improve and feel more confident with each session. Her classes are supportive, welcoming, and enjoyable, with pop music that creates a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend her classes!

I really love Jessie’s classes. She pays close attention to each person and makes sure we are moving with the correct posture and form, which I truly appreciate. She is always encouraging and supportive, and I think she creates such a positive and welcoming atmosphere in every class. I always leave feeling motivated and refreshed.
