I really love Jessie’s classes. She pays close attention to each person and makes sure we are moving with the correct posture and form, which I truly appreciate. She is always encouraging and supportive, and I think she creates such a positive and welcoming atmosphere in every class. I always leave feeling motivated and refreshed.

No regrets joining the class! The instructor is super prepared for my condition and patiently helps me get used to the routine and my body. Definitely will sign up for the next class.
