Sugar Boxing

Jolin is the best instructor I have had so far! The boxing part of the class is great as the training is incremental. She also really pushes everyone in the HIIT part of the class. She is also very receptive to feedback as she asked for my feedback of the previous class and changed for this class.

Stephanie's overload class was a much needed workout for a beginner like me. Great choice of music and the workout combination was easy to follow through! love it! if you're thinking twice about this class, you're missing out!

Absolutely love both the waterbag boxing and spin classes here. Instructors are lovely and welcoming, and give clear instructions. Having a great time hitting my zone 2 minutes here with fun music choices and atmospheric lights xx

An excellent cardio boxing gym. The atmosphere is great, the equipment is available, and the entire professional team is really cool and competent. All the ingredients are there to progress and have a good time.

Great first experience with Nat! He was patient and helpful with the wraps, and guided me through the entire session. As a first-timer, I felt well supported and at ease.

boxing pace and sequences good for beginners like me to follow. the repetition sequences with buddy pair up are too many and intense. overall it was a fun work out! 🥊🎉💪

Very good 45-minute sports session that mixes cardio, boxing and strengthening, all in a superb atmosphere mixing music, light shows and great coaches.

Good workout. Movement & Combo are quite easy to follow. Not much foot work, have to include my own foot work. Crush means to enjoy and have fun.

Loved Erika's class and playlist. First time at Sugar and new to boxing but her instructions were clear and the class was enjoyable :-)

Awesome; Imran trickles in real boxing techniques, last week was step jabs, this week was pendulum steps. Good stuff!

First timer very fun workout with good music. 1 session is enough to train your stamina. Glove is a little tight.
