Really enjoyed our first Pilates class! Special thanks to Melissa for taking the time to explain the different class options before we chose our trial session and for warmly showing us around the studio. Her friendly guidance made the whole experience feel welcoming and stress-free. Maryam was patient, encouraging, and gave clear instructions throughout the class. The session was enjoyable, refreshing, and a great introduction. Wonderful first experience, and looking forward to coming back! ☺️

The stretching-focused workout felt great, and I left feeling refreshed and more flexible. The class was well-paced and beginner-friendly while still providing a good challenge. Really enjoyed my Bootcamp class with Xian! He was patient, encouraging, and made everyone feel comfortable. A great full body workout although recovering from flu. The strong ladies in class were inspiring and kept me motivated. Thanks, Xian! Highly recommend
