The Pilates 100

I'm always intimidated with Duce class, however, I still would like to try at least once a week 😅 On my first try, I understand why his schedule is always full. His teaching is like guidance to us Pilates lover, he explains the benefits and correct positioning of each exercise. He's really patient also and tells where to improve for next time. Class is challenging also which is very good! I really enjoyed his class and looking forward to the next one 💪🏽🙋🏻‍♀️👌🏽

I really like and enjoy Tháo's class, I enjoyed her hands on teaching and patience. She explains thoroughly and make sure that you're doing the correct pose as to avoid strains. will defo book her class again and recommended 👌🏽👏🏽💪🏽

I like Leo, he's really a good instructor! He focus on proper posturing and explains the benefits of each pose. He's patient also and synchronize with his students. Will defo book for his next schedule again 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
