Training Ground is a welcoming functional fitness gym for all ages and fitness levels, built around supporting a lifelong wellness journey through movement, coaching, and community. Sprawled across 1,800 sqm in multiple buildings, Training Ground is one of the largest strength and conditioning and CrossFit gyms in Asia. The facility features over 1,000 sqm of dedicated class space, alongside an open gym designed for functional training, cardio, strength, and machine-based training. Members have access to group classes, open gym, personal training, structured programming, pain management, and customized pathways tailored to individual goals. Located in Bangkok’s premier fitness hub on Sukhumvit Soi 69, just 200 meters from BTS Phra Khanong, Training Ground sits at the center of a unique ecosystem that includes yoga, recovery, climbing, padel, pickleball, parkour, and performance nutrition, alongside its own integrated programs and services.
