We offer Group Reformer and Private Pilates sessions in a welcoming and supportive environment, suitable for beginners through to experienced practitioners. All sessions are conducted using Merrithew® equipment, ensuring high-quality, safe, and precise movement experiences. Our focus is on mindful practice, proper alignment, and helping every client build strength, mobility and confidence. VIM Pilates Studio Eco Botanic is also an official STOTT PILATES® Academy Partner, serving as an Instructor Training and Examination Centre for STOTT PILATES®. We provide internationally recognised instructor education, examinations, workshops and continuing professional development opportunities for aspiring and experienced Pilates professionals.
