Instructor's guidance is clear and they are friendly. *PS: Hopefully the centre can add some hangers for personal belongings at the Ladies as it will convenient for person carrying bulky bags And instructor could introduce the body parts that going to be trained at the start to get the trainers mentally ready in the class

Good instructors with good instructions and detailed in explaining the correct posture etc. So friendly and helpful in every step and process. Highly recommended for this Studio!!!

Being a guy, I was first reluctant. But Pui Ying is so knowledgeable, I’m now looking forward to each class, and more importantly I see improvements in my spine and hips mobility!

我very喜欢这家shop跳pilates，认识不一样的动作。我也认识好多朋友，时间上class配合到每个人的时间，就好像一个家。每个老师教导，我感觉认识好多不一样的动作，弄到我的心，有空一定要去学。之前刚刚跳感觉累，做了都说明天不去，但是现在一个星期有空都去几天，不会累。我只有说，喜欢去，舒服去，值得去👍🤭🌹

We have been attending teacher Shin Hui class for a year, everytime we come in is always fun and filled with laughter. The class is very well conduct too..
