I thoroughly enjoyed today’s Vinyasa flow. The sequence explored eagle arms and legs binds weaving them into the practice in simple as well as challenging ways. Ms Esther spoke about the meaning of Hatha Yoga: Ha representing the sun and Tha representing the moon. Today’s flow felt like the perfect expression of Hatha—sun and moon, strength and softness, masculine and feminine. The eagle binds invited grace, patience and fluidity, while quietly demanding focus, power, stability and strength.

Raj is awesome, always there to give us a push to deepen our practice. mgt to identify level of difficulty for each yoga class whether it’s for all levels, advance, intermediate or beginner. This helps student to join a suitable class in line with their capabilities . all classes were tagged for level of difficulty.please move 1st class on Sunday to 9.15 am at The Row cos road closure is every Sunday. we raised this issue many times but the team said mgt will not change the timing on Sunday

I absolutely love your Yoga Twist classes… You explain all twisting movements in great detail, carefully remind us about proper body alignment and adjust our poses in time. Practicing twists under your guidance teaches me how to stretch my back gently and safely without straining myself. The pace of class is calming and healing. I feel light and relaxed both physically and mentally after every session. I’m really grateful for your professional and thoughtful teaching…thank you Sir😄

Ashtanga class with Master Mukul was truly enlightening. What I appreciated most was how he broke down every movement step by step, especially the transition from Standing Forward Fold to Chaturanga. Instead of simply demonstrating the flow, he explained exactly where to shift our weight, where to activate and engage our muscles, and how each action supports the next movement. Those subtle details completely changed how I experienced the transition. Thank you, Master Mukul.

Attended first Yoga Backbend workshop with Master Nick and had an amazing experience. He took the time to explain and guide us through a thorough, step-by-step back warmup. Master Nick personally assisted each of us, helping us safely transition from regular stretches into much deeper extensions. His guidance throughout the peak backbend poses made me feel completely safe and supported. It was a wonderful learning experience, and I look forward to practicing with him again!

It’s ironic that there were only 5 of us on the mat - 2 from Hong Kong, 1 from China, 1 from Yogafit Medan, Indonesia and me - coming from different background all united by the same goal - to progress in our Handstand practise. Master Nick skilfully guided us through a structured class to strengthen our wrists and core, mobility work for the shoulders and then taught us how to safely cartwheel out of a fall.
